And if you think about it, more rear passenger legroom.

You know I’m starting to think the reason no one thought trucks needed back seats was because back on the day, it wasn’t a big deal for people to ride in the back of a pick up.

I’m only 29 and I remember riding in the back of my dad’s pickup and then in high school the back of my buddy’s Ranger... Times hath changed. Also: happy to be alive!

Yeah, I did it penalty when I was younger, but I remember doing at 18-19 and having to lay down because it was illegal in town. We got caught once but the officer gave us a pass since it was only a few blocks. Heck in college we got yelled at by the campus golf cart cop because we piled 10 guys into one Tacoma (6 in the back) going from the auto shop to the welding shop, which were probably a mile apart.

I remeber riding in the back of my Grandmas truck as a kid on sketchy mountain roads.

Is it even still legal in most places?
